“Louie Dog” Box Set NTSC VHS Master
The original video released with the “Louie Dog” Box Set was European-PAL format only. This is the NTSC VHS Master!
The “Day In The Sun” VHS tape!
This VHS was professionally made around 1995 by “Atlantic Coast Group” out of Florida where the show(s) took place. It features two shows- one indoor at “The Zoo” and one outdoor at “The Groove Tube”. Both shows are INSANE! Get this video… Trust me!
THE “STP” MASTER VHS CASSETTE TAPE!
Dated 4/7/95, this cassette was made about a month before “SkunkRrecords” started sending out a VHS with both “Date Rape” and “STP” on it for promotional purposes to venders on 5/10/95. (*see the next VHS*) when sublime got together with Greg Abramson & created the masterpiece known as the “STP” video, the film had to be converted to VHS for the band to view. This is one of the og masters from straightline that were sent to Skunk Records & to band members.
THE SKUNK RECORDS “DATE RAPE”/”STP” OG PROMOTIONAL VHS!
This is a VHS sent out by skunk records to executives, music stores, clubs, radio stations, television, etc. To promote sublimes’ videos for “Date Rape” & “STP”. It came in a generic white sleeve with no label or identification. The VHS is dated 5/10/95, which is just a little less than two months after the “Date Rape” video was shot at fern’s in long beach.
The “Tour Long” VHS Tape!!
This tape (and the “Tour Short”) were released by Skunk Records in November of 1996 as a “teaser” or a precursor to the “Stories, Tales, Lies & Exaggerations” VHS that was on the way. They were mostly given away,….. with the exception of selling them to some record stores around So. Cal.

SUBLIME “THE GOOD ALWAYS DIE YOUNG” VHS TAPE!
This VHS is a video recording of the show at the Huntridge in Las Vegas, NV on May 7th, 1995. This cassette was released by Skunk and is very, very rare.
The 151 minute (Extended Cut) “Stories, Tales, Lies & Exaggerations” VHS
This version of the “S,T,L & E” VHS is Extended BY 21 MINUTES! At the time of it’s release; prior to the DVD releases of both the “STLE” and the “Collector’s Edition”, the only place that you could see the extra footage was on this VHS cassette. They were very hard to come by back then & even today, you’ll still be hard pressed to locate the 151 minute version of this release. Grab it if you see one!!!
The 130 minute “Stories, Tales, Lies & Exaggerations” VHS
Sublime’s “Stories, Tales, Lies & Exaggerations” VHS Tape. This is the “Normal” version that you will normally find in stores & has a 130 min. running time.
The “Las Palmas” VHS Tape!
This show has been floating around on many formats & has been bootlegged a million times, but I think this one to be the ORIGINAL release. Let me know if you know differently.
